ERIC TAN
Creative Director
With over a decade of industry expertise, Eric embarked on his professional journey in 2013 after graduating from art school. With a diverse background spanning roles in agencies, in-house positions, and government organisation, gaining a diverse background and valuable insights. In an unorthodox move, Eric founded Lighthouse Creative, where he serves as the Creative Director. His unique approach eliminates the need for an account executive, fostering direct collaboration between clients and designers. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Communication at Murdoch University, Eric remains committed to expanding his knowledge and honing his skills.
FITRI MASLAN
Director of Photography
With a career spanning over two decades, Fitri has distinguished himself as a versatile professional photographer and videographer. His expertise lies in meticulously crafting visual narratives for weddings and corporate projects. Prior to joining Lighthouse Creative, Fitri contributed his skills to renowned brands and organisations such as the Ministry of Health, Merah Records, SURIA Channel, CANON, and Tang Tea House. In addition to his primary roles, Fitri also applies his creative flair to designing marketing collaterals and branding for a diverse range of private and corporate clients.
SHU WEN PHEE
Senior Designer / Copywriter
A Murdoch University graduate of 2019, Shu Wen brings her diverse design skills and deep understanding of consumer behaviour to every project. With a foundation in web design from her polytechnic days, coupled with experience in magazine and brochure design, illustration, and typography, she excels in creating impactful marketing collateral. Leveraging her psychology degree, Shu Wen delves into user needs to ensure each design resonates effectively with its target audience. Her freelance experience has honed her adaptability and collaborative spirit, enhancing her contributions to the team.
EUGENE CHEN
Associate Creative Consultant
With over 22 years of experience, Eugene is a seasoned Creative Director and Brand Strategist, as well as a Registered Management Consultant (RMC). Specialising in branding strategy, identity system development, and brand-centric marketing, he offers hands-on expertise from auditing to last-mile activation. Eugene's diverse industry knowledge enables him to provide valuable insights and innovative ideas for every project. Additionally, he shares his expertise as an adjunct lecturer and corporate trainer. He serves as an external advisor for prestigious programmes like the SMU-UOB SME Consulting Programme and the Enterprise Leadership for Transformation programme.
